We are thrilled to announce the upcoming release of our latest nonfiction book, The Emotional Yoga Experience: Use Your Body to Heal Your Mind, by certified yoga instructor Daralyse Lyons. The Emotional Yoga Experience, or EYE, is a technique combining yoga and the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). It is designed to alleviate emotional pain, break the cycle of self-destructive behavior, and help those who practice it live a more joyful, balanced life.
The book includes client case studies, pictures and instructions for over 30 yoga poses, charts showing which yoga poses connect with which emotions, and directions for a sample EYE session.
